Zakat

Annually, Batool at the New Muslims Project in Markfield has Zakat to distribute specifically to convert Muslims.  This year, Alhumdulillahi I managed to secure donations for 3 converts in need. Bearing in mind that we are a support network and although often it is extremely difficult for us to admit we are struggling financially for any number of reasons, we have to accept that converts/reverts are a charitable cause and Muslims do give their Zakat specifically for those in need.
