 Menstruation (Hayd) Course

Islamic Law (Fiqh) of Menstruation

Description

An essential course for every muslim woman. Inshallah lots of misconcenptions on the topic will be clarified. And what can be a complicated area made easy. May the All-Mighty increase us all in knowledge.

Have you ever been faced by the following dilemma?

•Should I be praying or not praying?

•Do I need to repeat my purificatory bath (ghusl)?

•Is my fast valid, do I need to make it up?

Come and attend an excellent one day course on an area of Islamic law which is widely misunderstood and confused. This course will, inshAllah, introduce you to the Islamic legal rulings of menstruation and related issues and it is a MUST for all women!

Learning and understanding these rulings is an obligation (fard) upon every muslimah as their consequences are directly related to the matters of purification, prayer, fasting, reciting Quran, Hajj, marital relations, divorce and other vital matters of our religion. This introductory course will deal with many things such as:

•Common misconceptions.

•What is prohibited and permissible whilst in a state of menstruation?

•Establishing the beginning and end of valid menstruation.

•The concept of the menstrual habit and why it is vital.

•Introduction of the core concepts and terminology in this area of Islamic law.

This course is not to be missed! The importance of the Islamic rulings (fiqh) of Menstruation cannot be more emphasized as a woman will spend approximately ¼ of her life in this state!

This is understandably, a very personal and private matter for women. So what better than to study it with an experienced female teacher who has taught the subject many times in a comfortable setting, where you can have your sensitive questions answered?

COURSE FOR SISTERS ONLY (Age 16+), PRE-REGISTRATION ESSENTIAL!

Is it possible to get a taxi from Glasgow city centre out to this event or is it too far and costly to do that?

Jazak'Allah khairun

Wa alaikum salaam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu sister,

Jazak'Allah khairun for your kind response and help.  The contact details will come in handy, insha'Allah.

My husband pulled off some directions which were easier on AA Route planner so as far as I can see I head towards Glasgow city centre then come off at junction 23 so insha'Allah I will pluck up the courage to drive with the help of Allah.

If not then I have the information you provided.

Look forward to seeing you at the event, it looks like a fantastic and well worthwhile course, alhamdulillah.
