The i syllabus
The i syllabus represents a unique and groundbreaking program specifically catering for the contemporary knowledge needs of Muslims living in the West.
Distilled from the most authentic classical Islamic sources, The i syllabus offers students the unique opportunity to move towards living their faith through Worship, Belief and Self-reflection, while at the same time developing a clear and balanced understanding of the sacred sources of Islamic learning as they relate to contemporary life.
Testimonials and feedback from students on the first pilot course in Glasgow (2009- 2010)
“It has been a great journey. Filling this out, and looking back at when I attended the very first class cant really think of the right words to describe my experience. What I can say is that it has been a moving and life changing one.
I can say with full conviction and firm belief that even if we absorbed and acted upon a mere 10% of what has been given to us through the i-Syllabus, Glasgow will be a different place” [University Student ]
“Mind blowing, brilliant experience. Don't want to stop. You come to class tired after dealing with the whole day, children, household duties but once sitting in class completely uplifts you. You can feel the barakah of learning sacred knowledge” [Female participant]
“Authentic material.... concise notes which I will treasure for the rest of my life”
