possessors of a religion that aims to connect people to God,
encourage lofty morals and ethics, work to alleviate human suffering,
or being a fifth column for an advancing Muslim fundamentalisms that
is hellbent on undermining western societies

Imam ZAid Shakir is one of the leading scholars of USA at the present
time. He is the co founder and resident scholar at Zaytuna institute.
