Description

Support Leukaemia Research by taking part in this annual charity ride from Glasgow's George Square all the way to Victoria Park in Edinburgh, a total of 50 miles (80km). On yer bike!

The event started in 1999 and now more than 2000 riders take part, all in a very good cause. By 2006 the number of riders had almost doubled, although there is a limit set at 3500. In 2006 a massive £130,000 was raised for Leukaemia Research, breaking all previous records.

Application forms are available on the Pedal for Scotland website, along with tips for the race and a detailed description of the route across the country between its two main cities.
