Assalaammu 'alaykum wa rahmatullah,

Have you ever tried typing "was Jesus born on 25 December" on Google? If you do so you'll see at least the first 5 websites (these are Christian websites) that appear on the list doubt it and give facts that he was not born in December.
It was in 440 A.D. that the church proclaimed 25th December as the birth of Jesus. Why? Because the church was trying to accommodate itself to pagan beliefs (Roman pagans) to make their religion more palatable to the pagans around them.

The Roman pagans celebrated Saturnalia on 25th December, a tradition they inherited from an earlier Babylonian priesthood. The day was used as a celebration of the birthday of the sun god. It is actually a time of winter solstice for northern hemisphere, where Earth's axis tilts the most away from the sun. After 25 December, the Earth's axis tilts moving toward the sun and the northern hemisphere will 'get' the sun back. That's what the pagans celebrated and embraced by Christians.

Amma ba'du.

The following not really related to the above preface LOL

An audio lecture about the misconceptions about Jesus or 'Isa ('alaihi salam).

And this is what I just finished watching last night Tongue, a series about Maryam or Virgin Mary, mother of Jesus ('alaihi salam). Thread on some explanations from Muslims, theologians, and by the writer of the film was started by brother Poor some time back.
The Iranian film has been dubbed into Arabic with English subtitles, hence, good to practise Arabic, inshaAllah. There are in total 12 episodes.
